After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Shipping Studies, I applied my analytical and business development skills in various sales management roles within the shipping industry.

Within a short period, I was promoted to Sales Director, which allowed me to excel in business planning, operations management, and modern sales methodologies. When invited to join the Prime Navigation Shipping Services team, I was honored to take on the major role of enhancing the company’s overall performance and was inspired by its unique vision.

I am responsible for implementing effective promotional strategies, strengthening our corporate image, fostering a target-oriented mindset with accountability for both personal and professional growth, contributing strategic ideas, and building long-term relationships with our customers. Additionally, I work to create a prosperous referral base through external channels.

Along with meeting targets, I coach my team members to develop their individual skills, building a strong team capacity that enables us to provide you with the highest standards of service.
